We had the opportunity to chat with our amazing Onboarding Manager, Johanna Döhler! Get to know more about her background, what her role is all about, plus what she's up to outside of work.
What is your background?
I am originally from Germany, where I did my master's degree in Business Economics & Management. After my graduation, I was ready for a new adventure, and because of the situation at the time with the pandemic, Sweden (with its open borders) seemed like a great idea. I packed my things and came here without a job, a single word of Swedish, and without knowing anyone else in the country.
My first job here was for a big fintech company, working with social media. But I quickly felt that I wanted to work more towards making an impact for our planet and people. So, I applied for a position within Worldfavor … and here I am.

As an Onboarding Manager, I support our companies in getting the best possible start within the Worldfavor platform. I am their contact person throughout the whole implementation process and work together with them to enable their enterprise to make sustainable decisions.
What’s the best thing about being a Worldfavorian?
I would say the fantastic balance between impact and people. Everyone is so driven, and it’s just so fun to work side by side with brilliant minds and characters while making the (business) world a bit better every day.
If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
“Dancing in the Moonlight” from Toploader – it's just the perfect song for any occasion.
