Pride month is organized globally and annually in June with the purpose of raising awareness, encouraging equality and inclusiveness of the LGBTQI community. Being a company where sustainability is at the heart of business, we naturally believe it’s important to raise awareness about this topic and about how unequal situations can be improved.

Worldfavor’s involvement in Pride
During Pride month, we will focus on spreading inspiration and knowledge about how companies can improve their diversity and inclusion. We have created a knowledge bank where we collect educational content on diversity and inclusion.
This year, we will also participate in the Pride run - a charity run that donates to the Rainbow Fund, a foundation that works towards creating a world where all have the same rights regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
