Worldfavor named as one of 17 climate-tech startups to watch according to Business Insider
Carbon-accounting and offsetting startups are red-hot right now and the race to net zero is on. Companies are scrambling to track, reduce, and offset their carbon emissions as investors increasingly demand to align themselves with sustainable businesses.
Carbon-accounting software benefited from a record year of venture-capital investment. Across Europe, VCs pumped $670 million into the sector across 67 deals, more than treble the $201 million invested in 2020, according to data from PitchBook.
Business Insider has listed Worldfavor as one of 17 companies to watch when it comes to climate-tech startups. The magazine asked venture capitalists around the globe to highlight which startups help businesses and organizations track, reduce and offset their emissions.
