NordicNinja, a leading Japanese venture capital fund with a strong presence in the European market, is excited to announce its strategic partnership with the global ESG platform Worldfavor. NordicNinja is committed to supporting enterprises dedicated to addressing the challenge of global carbon footprint and creating a more sustainable future. This partnership will enable NordicNinja to conduct a comprehensive analysis and gain profound insights into the carbon footprint implications of its prospective investments and existing portfolio companies. 

Worldfavor is a SaaS ESG platform that provides corporations and investors with sustainability insights to learn, manage, and enhance sustainable business operations. NordicNinja is an Article 8 fund under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) – a fund that promotes “environmental or social characteristics” and which invests in companies that “follow good governance practices". NordicNinja will be utilising Worldfavor to collect associated Article 8 Principal Adverse Impacts as a part of the SFDR commitment.  

Worldfavor and NordicNinja have agreed to enter a partnership to cooperate on a shared mission to enhance ESG performance in the business landscape. The partnership not only allow NordicNinja to diligently monitor the carbon impact of prospective portfolio companies, but it also expand the network and depth of Worldfavor´s platform.
