Last week, Worldfavor participated during the session “Governance and leadership in order to understand the future – how sustainability affects growth and profitability”.
During the session, we had insightful conversations following the key theme of how governance and forward-looking leadership is crucial when sustainability challenges are to be integrated with the core business. We also covered how digitalisation creates opportunities and how new ways of collecting large amounts of data can provide a better basis for decision-making.
One of our joint conclusions was that the power of digital data collection is immeasurable. Getting information through data collection is one thing, but it is what you do with that information that is crucial. Data collection is significantly improved through digitization, which helps to increase sustainability efforts in a number of ways.
