On October 14th, Worldfavor participated at Dagens Industri Business 50/50 – a conference where today's business leaders and experts gathered to discuss how diversity, inclusion and equality can increase profitability, competitiveness and innovativeness.
Worldfavor stands for equal rights and opportunities for everyone, where inclusion and diversity are central principles. These principles characterizes our culture and how we want to build our company. This is something we continuously want to maintain and develop from a social and personal sustainability perspective.
Our Head Of Marketing Siri Henriksson together with Brandon Sekitto, Expert in intercultural communication at Nodnarb, Kinan Halal, Senior Consultant at Novare Potential, and Anna Collins-Falk, International Coordinator at Swedish Gender Equality Agency, had a thorough discussion about what it really means for companies to work with increased diversity, gender equality and inclusion.
During the meeting, the panelists went over questions such as:
- Why is it important to measure and follow up on gender equality work?
- What instruments can we use to measure diversity, inclusion and equality in the best way?
- How will we be able to achieve diversity and equality only by measuring inclusion and what is required for this?
- How to set and measure KPI’s when it comes to diversity, inclusion and equality in a workplace?
- Whose responsibility is it to work with inclusion and diversity?
- What do we need in order to create equal business opportunities for everyone?
- What activities are most efficient for promoting gender diversity, inclusion and equality?
